It’s always interesting to see how many unspoken rules there are during certain moments in the Twitter-verse, a place where almost anything goes on most days.
The George Zimmerman ‘not guilty’ verdict hit many of us like a ton of bricks. For one, it was the sheer shock of it all and two, the time that the verdict was announced, which initially left many unaware that a verdict had been reached.
By 10:00 pm Saturday night, many had given up on their verdict watch for the night, assuming that we probably wouldn’t be hearing anything new.
Media maven, Oprah Winfrey, happened to be one of those unaware people. A little before 10:03 pm (about three minutes after the verdict was announced), Oprah replied to fan tweets a about show that was airing on the OWN network
